Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JustSaudi website (justsaudi.app) and the JustSaudi mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use JustSaudi. Questions: hello@justsaudi.app.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account. Give accurate registration information and keep your password confidential — you are responsible for everything done under your account. You may not share accounts or impersonate others. We may deactivate accounts that provide false information or abuse the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing content; send spam, impersonate or harass other users; publish fake reviews or fraudulent job listings; scrape the service or interfere with its operation; or use JustSaudi for any purpose prohibited by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may remove content and suspend users who break these rules.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the reviews, community posts, comments, job listings, and photos you submit. So that we can display them in the service, you grant JustSaudi a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and show that content. Content you post may be visible to other users — do not post personal information you want kept private. We may moderate: hide or remove posts, reviews, and listings that violate these Terms or applicable law. Content reflects the poster's views; we do not verify user statements.

Job Listings & Promotion Requests

Job listings must be truthful and current. The contact details you attach (phone and email) will be shown publicly so applicants can reach you. Promotion and campaign requests are reviewed manually: submitting one is not an approval, a purchase, or a guarantee of publication. JustSaudi charges no fees and processes no payments — no payment ever changes hands between you and us. You are responsible for the listings you publish and for handling responses to them.

Informational Features

Remittance alerts and exchange rates are for information only and come from third-party rate feeds — always verify the rate with your provider before transferring money. JustSaudi links to external wallet apps (such as STC Pay, urpay, and similar) that we do not operate; their own terms apply to them. Directory entries (places, events, jobs) are provided "as available" without warranties of accuracy or quality, and any arrangement you make with a venue, employer, or service provider is between you and them.

The Service

JustSaudi is free to use. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts — including when these Terms are violated or when required by law. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

Intellectual Property

The JustSaudi name, logo, app, and website design belong to JustSaudi / Bycom Solutions and may not be used without permission. Anything you send us as feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, JustSaudi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of the service.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may update them from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
